So glad we choose it, its relaxing base for staying in Edinburgh. Central location, not too far from edinburgh old town.

fascinating view, fantastic service, exceptionally comfortable beds. overall the room was immaculate and airy. the staff did all they can for the best stay. strategic location, within walking distance of a green flag park.

We had a really NICE experience staying here. Chearful staff, very well decorated rooms, sand beach was ideal. The location was super, just a pleasant stroll away from a national art gallery. Nice view, a big balcony, large bed, too. Good hot breakfast, superb service. The pool was nice and the garden - green.

Wi-Fi was very poor.
